Exhibition Highlights

Step into the world of Pop art, where the everyday becomes extraordinary. This exhibition pairs provocative classics with exciting new works from contemporary artists like Maurizio Cattelan, Lucía Hierro, and Josh Kline, who all take a fresh look at the movement’s bold legacy. Fueled by the buzzing energy and shopping culture of post-World War II America, legendary artists—including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Chryssa, Richard Hamilton, and the duo Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen—found their sparks in the world around them, from comic strips and movies to shop windows and flashy ads.

By turning familiar objects into something spectacular and even sacred, these artists challenged us to see the "ordinary" in a whole new light. Through a vibrant mix of paintings, sculptures, and large-scale installations, this exhibition shows how Pop art redefined the boundaries of creativity in the 1960s and continues to shape our culture today.
