Modernism, PhotoExhibition Highlights
Where Art Photography Began.
Step into the world of pictorialism, the very first global movement that showed the world photography could be a true art form. From the 1880s all the way through to the 1960s, this style captured imaginations across the globe.
Bringing together over 50 artists from Seoul to Sydney, New York to Cape Town, and Brazil to Singapore, this exhibition offers a fresh and welcoming look at the history of the camera. It’s a truly international celebration of how we see the world.
In Light and Magic, you’ll discover never-before-seen works alongside favorite pieces from the Tate Collection. Each one highlights the wonderful and creative things that happen when art meets photography.
You can find Light and Magic in the Eyal Ofer Galleries.
